This is the inspiration behind the creation of the Verdot Wine Bar.
The warm lighting and green velvet seats evoke the natural origins of the vineyards, setting the mood for the space. These colors bring a modern, sophisticated touch to the tables, made from upcycled casks giving each one its individual tone. The bar, the private tables and the tasting tables, offer each guest an exclusive space to enjoy the cuisine, the cocktails and the wines from Verdot Wine Bar.
Deserving special mention is the exclusive open-air patio, where one shares a space with the sound of a waterfall and the freshness of nature, right at the heart of the city.

Pablo Buzzo, distinguished chef specializing in Patagonian cuisine, developer of the Fin del Mundo brand, owner of the Torino restaurant in San Martín de los Andes, and executive chef for Bodegas del Fin del Mundo, designs Verdot's gastronomic menu, and works with us to select wineries.
Tato Giovannoni, world-renowned and multi award-winning bartender, creator and owner of the Florería Atlántico (#5 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021), Chori, Gintorería and Rotisería Atlántico, has designed an exquisite cocktail menu for Verdot Wine Bar.

Rufino is a true reflection of Argentine cuisine. Meat and grilled vegetables are the stars of the table, accompanied by the best Argentinean wine. It tackles the classic dishes, but always with an extra twist, a detail, a colour, an aroma, a seasoning, a flavour, to generate surprise and make us fall in love with them all over again.
The menu was designed by Leo Lanussol, a young and successful chef, well known in the Argentinean gastronomic scene.
